This page explains how to delete the data associated with the Mahjong Rush: Tile Match mobile game (iOS and Android), published by Corevix IT Consultancy L.L.C-FZ. It supplements the Mahjong Rush Privacy Notice.

Summary. Mahjong Rush has no user accounts and never collects your name, email address or contacts. The only data we hold about you is an anonymous game-progress backup. You can delete the cloud copy yourself in the game (Settings → “Delete Cloud Save”), remove local data by uninstalling the game, or ask us to erase the cloud copy by email. We answer every email request within 30 days.

1. What Data Exists

• On your device: settings, level progress, stars, coins, power-ups, achievements and Daily Challenge history.
• In our cloud (Firebase): a copy of that game progress, stored under a random anonymous ID that is not linked to your identity, Apple ID or Google account.
• With our partners: anonymous advertising, purchase-validation and crash data held by Unity LevelPlay / ironSource, Unity Ads, RevenueCat and Google Firebase under their own policies (see the Privacy Notice, Section 3).

2. Delete Data Yourself

1. Uninstall the game. This removes all locally stored progress and settings.
2. Reset your advertising identifier. iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking (turn off Mahjong Rush). Android: Settings → Google → Ads → “Delete advertising ID”.

Uninstalling does not erase the cloud backup, so that your progress can be restored if you reinstall. To erase the cloud copy as well, follow Section 3.

3. Delete the Cloud Save in the Game

You can delete your cloud backup yourself, without contacting us. In the game, open Settings, tap “Delete Cloud Save” and confirm with “Delete”.

• The cloud copy of your progress is deleted right away. This needs an internet connection; if the deletion fails, the game tells you and you can try again.
• Progress on your device is not affected.
• Cloud backup is then paused: nothing from this device is saved to the cloud again, including after you restart the game, until you tap “Sync Progress Now” in Settings.

Settings also shows your Player ID. This is the anonymous identifier of your cloud backup; it is not linked to your name or accounts. Quote it if you contact us about your data.

4. Request Deletion of the Cloud Backup by Email

If you prefer, or can no longer open the game, send an email to support@corevix.io with the subject line “Delete my Mahjong Rush data”. Because we do not know who you are, please include:

• your Player ID, shown in the game under Settings (if you can still open the game),
• the platform (iPhone / iPad / Android) and device model,
• the approximate date you first installed the game,
• if you do not have the Player ID, your current level and coin balance, so we can match the correct anonymous record.

We will locate the anonymous record, delete the cloud backup and the anonymous ID, and confirm by email within 30 days. Deletion is permanent: your progress cannot be restored afterwards.

5. What Is Deleted and What Is Kept

• Deleted: your cloud game-progress backup. An email request (Section 4) also deletes the anonymous identifier it is stored under; the in-game option (Section 3) deletes the backup only, and tapping “Sync Progress Now” later creates a new backup under the same Player ID.
• Deleted on request: we forward your request to Unity LevelPlay / ironSource, Unity Ads, RevenueCat and Google Firebase so they erase data tied to your device identifiers.
• Kept: purchase receipts held by Apple or Google for tax and accounting purposes (we never receive your payment details), and aggregated statistics that cannot identify you.
